Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and maintain the general ledger.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Handle customer receipts and account reconciliations.
- Perform Bank, Vendor, Customer, and GST reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Verify employee reimbursement claims and travel expenses.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data and approvals.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, MIS Reports).
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally/SAP/Oracle or similar accounting software.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
