About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Investigation qualified to support financial investigations through data analysis, forensic examination of financial records, and regulatory compliance reviews. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with the Income Tax Department, Enforcement Directorate (ED), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), or similar Central Government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract and validate data from KYC documents, bank account opening forms, and related financial records.
- Compile and classify bank statements bank-wise, account-wise, and beneficiary-wise.
- Analyse bank transactions to identify suspicious patterns, prepare financial trails, money trails, and investigative reports.
- Review and analyse GST Returns (GSTR), Income Tax Returns (ITRs), ROC filings, Memorandum of Association (MOA), and Articles of Association (AOA)



of individuals and entities.
- Examine business operations and prepare observations based on statutory and regulatory filings.
- Perform financial analysis to identify discrepancies, layering, diversion of funds, and unusual transaction patterns.
- Maintain and manage investigation-related financial data and documentation.
- Prepare investigation reports, summaries, and presentations for senior officials.
- Coordinate with investigation teams and provide analytical support during ongoing cases.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive financial information.
- Perform any other data management and analytical tasks incidental to financial investigations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost & Management Accounting (CMA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
