We’re hiring a Legal Associate (4–5 Years Experience) to join Frido in Pune.

What you’ll work on:
• Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions
• Due diligence, deal structuring, fundraising & investor onboarding
• Corporate advisory and governance
• Drafting and negotiating Term Sheets, SSAs, SHAs & commercial agreements
• Compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA & FDI regulations
• High-impact strategic transactions with direct business exposure
