Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, provide information about the studio’s services, and respond to basic inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call records, following up on leads, scheduling appointments or meetings for the sales or project teams, and sharing relevant details with internal stakeholders. The role involves explaining service offerings clearly, identifying customer needs, and ensuring a positive and qualified experience on every call. The Telecaller will also assist in gathering feedback from clients and supporting basic administrative tasks related to client communication.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and local languages, with clear and confident phone etiquette.




- Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and provide accurate information about services.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management tools.
- Organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-up schedules, and documentation of client interactions.
- Customer service mindset, with patience, professionalism, and the ability to handle objections calmly.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Ahmedabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Sallary : 10000 To 15000
