What You'll Be Responsible For
✅ Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing across domestic and international markets.✅ Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and develop long-term partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers.✅ Source innovative products across categories such as
gifting, stationery, lifestyle products, home décor, packaging, seasonal merchandise, and related consumer products
.✅ Drive commercial negotiations to achieve the best pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.✅ Coordinate closely with Product Development, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.✅ Monitor supplier performance, inventory planning, procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous cost optimization.✅ Explore new sourcing markets and supplier networks to strengthen Archies' product portfolio and competitive advantage.
We're Looking For
✔ 5–8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.✔ Proven experience in domestic and international sourcing with strong vendor management capabilities.✔ Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.✔ Working knowledge of import procedures, international trade, and supplier coordination.✔ Experience in gifting, stationery, consumer
