We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online business, drive revenue growth, and optimize every aspect of our digital commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete e-commerce operations for TheMapStores.com.
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store for performance, user experience, conversion rate, and sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic, revenue, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer retention.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Manage marketplace operations including Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate with design,



content, and development teams for product launches, website updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Improve SEO, product listings, landing pages, and merchandising to maximize organic traffic and conversions.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and overall website performance.
- Analyze data using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads to make data-driven decisions.
- Implement AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, customer experience, and operational productivity.
- Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
