✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the café team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily café/kiosk operations and ensure smooth workflow during all shifts.
- Serve gelato, shakes, beverages, and café food items with consistency, precision, and a friendly attitude.
- Attend to customers courteously, handle queries professionally, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a memorable customer experience.
- Operate and supervise POS transactions, cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and billing accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of café food items, ensuring quality, presentation,



and portion consistency.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across the outlet.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients and prepared food items.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks of products and packaging materials, and report shortages to the Store Manager.
- Plan and coordinate staff shift schedules and ensure timely opening and closing of the outlet.
- Drive sales through upselling, product recommendations, free sampling, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

? Requirements
- Experience:
1–3 years in F&B;, retail, or hospitality, with prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Language:
Positive
