Role Description
The Logistics Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory movements, and ensuring timely delivery of pharmaceutical products in interdepot movement, physicial sample movement & arranging for transportation from manufacturing location to CWH. The role involves working closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal departments to optimize routes, reduce delays, and maintain accurate documentation. The role also includes arranging & preparing MIS reports from courier partners & getting best results .



Daily activities also include addressing logistics-related inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Qualifications
- Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, including coordination of shipments, inventory tracking, and process optimization.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve delivery concerns, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales and relationship management capabilities to support order fulfillment and maintain productive partnerships with distributors and clients.
- Ability to work with logistics software or ERP systems, with solid proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office tools.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a time-sensitive, compliance-driven environment.
