We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Reservations & Operations Assistant to join our growing team in our Vadodara office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, solving problems, coordinating multiple tasks, and working in an international business workplace.

Work in UK Shift

Your Responsibilities

Reservations & Guest Support
- Respond to guest enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms.
- Process reservations accurately across multiple booking channels.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations and amendments.
- Issue invoices and payment requests.
- Process security deposit refunds.
- Resolve guest queries promptly, aiming to respond within one hour.
- Handle urgent guest issues and emergency calls professionally.




- Create and maintain property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other OTAs.
- Ensure calendars and availability remain synchronised.

Operations & Property Coordination
- Coordinate daily with guests, property owners and suppliers.
- Schedule cleaners between guest stays.
- Arrange maintenance and repair work when required.
- Monitor housekeeping quality.
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure each property is guest-ready before arrival.
- Support guests throughout their stay.
- Monitor utility issues and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Property & System Management

You will receive training to work with systems including:
- Channel Manager
- Guest Communication Platform
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- Vrbo
- Stripe
- PriceLabs
- Property Management Software

Responsibilities include:
- Creating new property listings.
