Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front of House Associate to be the face of our establishment. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming experience for guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival.

* Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and dining area.

* Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and provide prompt resolutions.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Handle walk-in guests and manage guest flow during peak hours.

* Process billing and payments using the POS system (where applicable).

* Uphold high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.





* Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English and the local language is preferred.

* Well-groomed, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

* Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an added advantage.

* Robust interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Experience

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, hotels, or customer service is preferred.

Working Hours

* 9–10 hour shifts.

* 6-day work week with 1 weekly off.

* Must be comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary

Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
