We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Team Leader – Heavy Line to lead the sales operations for JCB Heavy Line equipment, including Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Compactors, Telehandlers, Skid Steer Loaders, and other heavy construction machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, expanding market share, and developing strong customer relationships across the construction, mining, infrastructure, industrial, and government sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in heavy equipment sales, excellent leadership capabilities, and a robust understanding of dealership operations and customer-focused selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Heavy Line sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies for JCB Heavy Line equipment.
- Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, mining, road construction, ports, industrial projects, quarrying, and government sectors.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, infrastructure developers, mining companies, fleet owners, rental companies, and key institutional customers.
- Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, machine inspections, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, enquiries, quotations, order bookings, and conversion rates.
- Mentor, coach, and support Sales Executives to improve performance, customer engagement, and sales productivity.
- Coordinate with finance partners to facilitate equipment financing and accelerate deal closures.
- Work closely with the Service and Spare Parts departments to ensure superior after-sales support and customer retention.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
