Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

• Install, configure, and maintain core Genesys Framework components.

• Strong knowledge of Genesys Engage architecture and experience with Genesys Framework components

• Maintain configuration objects like applications,



hosts, and connections.

• Monitor platform health and system performance.

• Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration management.

• Maintain high availability and disaster recovery configurations.

• Deploy new Genesys components in development, test, and production environments.

• Follow change management and release processes.

• Investigate and resolve platform issues related to SIP, URS , ORS , GRE, GRAT and other services.

• Analyze Genesys logs to identify root causes.

• Design and maintain call routing strategies using Genesys Composer Tool.

• Strong knowledge on analysing routing issues and provide fix to resolve them.

• End to end platform set up along with application options deployment.
