Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Line Manager at AECORD. You will oversee the sales, operations, development, and growth of a business line, including planning strategies, managing the team, and overseeing the P&L.; The role is primarily located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
- Business Management in a StartUp
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth and managing P&L;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the Construction Industry is a plus
