Role Description
The Sales Intern role at Maestera is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the growth of our music education platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to prospective learners and instructors, conducting introductory calls, and presenting Maestera’s offerings in a clear and engaging way. The intern will assist in managing leads, updating CRM records, and following up with potential customers to guide them through the onboarding process.



The role also involves providing basic customer support, gathering feedback from users, and collaborating with the team to improve sales scripts and outreach strategies. This position offers hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment while learning the fundamentals of sales in a digital education context.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interactions with diverse learners and instructors.
- Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and create a positive user experience.
- Interest in Sales and lead generation, with the ability to engage prospects and explain Maestera’s value.
- Willingness to learn Sales Management basics, including CRM usage and pipeline tracking.
- Training mindset, with openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous skill development.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
