Role Description
The Assistant Manager – Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, supporting HR operations across Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott. This role includes managing recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and workforce planning to ensure staffing levels align with business needs. The Assistant Manager HR coordinates training and development programs, supports performance management cycles,



and assists in employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Daily responsibilities also involve handling employee relations, maintaining HR records, supporting payroll and advantages administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The role collaborates closely with department heads and the HR leadership team to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Marriott’s service standards.
