Role Description
The Guest Relation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling reception desk operations in a professional and courteous manner. Day-to-day tasks include responding to guest inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring that guest requests are fulfilled promptly.



The role also involves promoting hotel services and facilities, supporting basic sales initiatives such as upselling rooms or packages, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions.
