Spanish Language Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers in Spanish through voice and/or non-voice interactions.
- Communicate professionally while resolving customer queries.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by following process guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria
- Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or equivalent.
- 6–12 months of experience in customer service, BPO, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Good English communication skills.




- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work from the office.

Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Preference: Immediate Joiners
- Compensation: Competitive salary with a hike on the current/last drawn salary (as per company policy).
