About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting highly skilled professionals within the semiconductor and hardware technology industry. Your primary focus will be on building a robust pipeline of engineering talent,



managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and supporting our clients in fulfilling their niche semiconductor hiring needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of semiconductor engineering roles, industry terminology, and the technical landscape, enabling them to effectively connect top talent with our clients’ requirements.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for those who have specialized in semiconductor recruiting. A solid understanding of the semiconductor industry, including chip design, verification, and manufacturing processes, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in sourcing niche technical talent and possess excellent communication and networking skills.
