Job Overview

The Design Executive is responsible for
understanding client requirements for modular furniture

, conducting
accurate site measurements

, preparing
design estimations and costings

, and ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, and installation teams.

they own multiple projects simultaneously while staying client-first and commercially aware of cost and margin implications.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Conversion
- Handle allocated Luxe clients independently — driving design-to-order conversion from first consultation to closure.
- Engage and build relationships with architects and interior designers to drive project referrals and conversions.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.
- Present designs persuasively and close design iterations efficiently — minimising revision cycles.
