Role 1: MES – ARCHITECT

Qualification: Any BE/Any degree

Requirement: MES Developer / Architect

Experience: 4 to 8 years / 12+ years

Location: Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Mysore.

Technical Skills:

Strong hands‑on experience with leading #MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, #Ignition, Apriso, etc.).

Deep understanding of MES modules: dispatching, work instructions, EBR, traceability, quality management, SPC, scheduling.

Expertise in system integration using APIs, OPC/UA, web services, message queues, and automation protocols.

Strong understanding of interfacing MES with ERP, SCADA/DCS, PLCs, and data historians.

Proficiency in databases (#SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries.

Strong knowledge of #manufacturing processes across discrete or batch industries.

Ability to create high‑level and detailed technical architecture diagrams.

Experience with scripting languages (SQL, #Python, JavaScript, or C#).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and IIoT edge gateways.

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical skills,



and ability to lead technical discussions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role 2:
Ignition architect

Location: Pune, Chennai, Mysore, Bangalore, Vadodara

Exp: 12+ years

Mandatory:

• Total 12+ years of experience as an #Automation Engineer.

• Strong experience in developing #SCADA/MES application using Ignition platform

• Strong experience of #IgnitionVision & perspective modules.

• Positive experience of developing PLC & SCADA applications

• Working experience of SQL or any other database.

• Experience of working with Historian database.

• Basic knowledge of python programming.

• Hands on experience in network protocols like #MQTT, #EthernetIP, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, etc.

• Strong teamwork capabilities, operating in a multi-function environment to collectively improve operations and resolve related issues

• Ability to work independently
