Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Performance Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with performance marketing tools, and a proven ability to maximize ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative, content,



and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
- Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Understanding of key PPC metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, and ROAS.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC or Performance Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
