About the Role

We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead market development for Ozone's uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows business in the assigned territory. This is an individual contributor role, you will independently own your region's sales targets, dealer network, and key relationships with architects, builders, and fabricators.

Key Responsibilities




- Drive primary and secondary sales of Ozone's uPVC/aluminium doors and windows range within the assigned territory.
- Identify, appoint, and develop a robust network of dealers, distributors, fabricators, and "Ozone Studio" channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the region.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and institutional/project buyers to generate business leads.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment collection and manage dealer credit as per company policy.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing/production team for order execution and dispatch schedules.
- Handle dealer and customer queries/complaints in coordination with the technical and service teams.
