Role Description
The Project Control Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for supporting project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining project documentation, monitoring costs, and updating project control systems. The coordinator analyzes project performance data, identifies variances,



and prepares regular status reports for management. The role also involves assisting with risk identification, resource scheduling, and ensuring adherence to organizational processes and standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Control skills to manage timelines, scope, and project documentation.
- Candidates should possess Cost Control and Analytical Skills to monitor budgets, analyze data, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in telecom, infrastructure, or construction projects is beneficial.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Project, or similar) and basic reporting techniques is preferred.
