Role Description

The
Field Service Engineer
is a full time, on-site position based in
Mysore, Karnataka
, with extensive travel to customer locations across India. The role is responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting,



and repair of CNC machine tools at customer sites.

The engineer will diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and CNC control-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimise machine downtime. The role also involves conducting machine inspections, calibration, and preventive maintenance, coordinating with internal departments for spare parts and technical support, maintaining detailed service reports, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Field Service Engineer will provide operator and maintenance training to customers, support machine demonstrations where required, and build long-term customer relationships through professional and responsive technical service.

Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in servicing CNC machine tools or industrial machinery.
