Role Description
The Senior Civil Engineer is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hanumangarh, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. Day-to-day work includes leading civil engineering design for infrastructure projects, preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, and technical reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves planning and coordinating project activities, managing timelines and resources,



and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams. The Senior Civil Engineer will collaborate with clients and government departments, participate in site visits, oversee quality control, and address design challenges related to stormwater management, utilities, and transportation works. The position also includes supporting tender preparation, cost estimates, and risk assessments while maintaining safety and sustainability standards.

Qualifications
- Robust expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles, including structural, transportation, and infrastructure works.
- Experience leading teams of Civil Engineers and coordinating multidisciplinary project activities.
- Demonstrated ability in project Planning, scheduling, and resource management for civil infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
