Role Description
The Service Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role oversees day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely and high-quality customer support for the company’s product portfolio.



Responsibilities include supervising service teams, monitoring service quality, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The Service Supervisor will handle escalated customer issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and track service metrics to improve customer satisfaction.
