Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Spitfire-based applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, and database issues.
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components.
- Perform root cause analysis, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and support releases.
- Monitor application health and ensure high system availability.

Required Skills
- Experience with
Spitfire
application support and development.
- Strong knowledge of
Java/JavaScript
, REST APIs, SQL, HTML, CSS, and up-to-date front-end frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile, and incident management tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
