Role Description
The Video Editor role at DEC23 is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos that support client branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and cutting footage,



applying transitions and effects, optimizing sound, and collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing team members to align visuals with campaign objectives. The role also involves color correcting and grading, creating simple motion graphics, and adapting video assets for different platforms and formats. The Video Editor will participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain a consistent visual style across projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.

Qualifications
- Strong video editing skills, including Video Editing and Video Production for marketing, branding, and storytelling purposes.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across various projects.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, overlays, and animated assets.
