Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Microfinance Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving branch targets, ensuring timely collections, managing sales activities, and developing team members to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch business targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor and improve sales performance and loan portfolio growth.
- Ensure timely collection of repayments and maintain portfolio quality.
- Supervise daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor field staff and team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.




- Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management.

Requirements
- Plus two or Above
- Experience in Microfinance, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a result-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally when required.
