About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious HR Intern to work closely with the founders at EVE Healthcare. This role goes beyond traditional HR you'll gain exposure to talent acquisition, people operations, hiring strategy, and founder office initiatives while helping build one of India's fastest-growing healthcare startups.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.





Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation.

Support employer branding by posting job openings across various platforms.

Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive organizational and time management abilities.

Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Must have a personal laptop.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

LinkedIn & Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed)

Canva (Basic)

ChatGPT or other AI productivity tools
