We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing clients over the phone to introduce our products/services, generate interest, and close sales.

An ideal candidate has exceptional verbal communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the drive to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on incoming prospective client inquiries.
- Sales Pitches & Closing: Present, promote, and pitch products/services clearly to potential customers using structured sales scripts and customized approaches.
- Understanding Needs: Ask targeted questions to understand prospective client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve objections professionally to facilitate sales.
- Pipeline & Record Management:



Accurately update customer details, call logs, and deal statuses within the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly call volume, qualified lead conversion, and sales revenue quotas.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business or upselling opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar call center role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience or familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Resilience: Highly self-motivated, cool-tempered, and resilient when dealing with rejection.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and achieve target metrics.
