The Zonal Head is responsible for driving sales, business growth, operations, and team performance across multiple branches or projects within the assigned zone.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned zone.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue.
- Monitor project-wise sales performance and implement corrective measures.
- Drive customer acquisition and conversion.

2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers, Sales Managers, BDOs, and Telecallers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Build a high-performing sales team through training and development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

3. Business Development
- Identify current business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, corporate clients,



and investors.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase project sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

4. Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all branches/projects in the zone.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Project teams.
- Resolve operational challenges and customer issues promptly.

5. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and investors.

6. Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve lead generation.
- Support branding initiatives across the assigned zone.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
