Accounts Executive

Location: Bhankrota, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with taxation and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, and invoice processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare vouchers, MIS reports, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting.




- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills: Tally Prime, GST Filing, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, AP, AR, MIS Reporting, Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
