RESERVATION / OTA EXECUTIVE

Reports To: Operations Manager

Location: Ciarens, Palolem Beach, South Goa

Employment Type: On Roll, Full-Time

Role Summary

Ciarens is seeking a Reservation / OTA Executive to drive bookings and manage online distribution ahead of and beyond the October opening. In a 10-cottage property where scarcity is a genuine differentiator, this role is central to building pre-opening occupancy and protecting rate integrity across channels.

Key Responsibilities

•
Set up and manage OTA listings (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.) and the channel manager ahead of opening

•
Manage all reservations — direct, OTA, phone, email, and WhatsApp — accurately in the PMS

•
Drive pre-opening occupancy and build the early booking pipeline

•
Maintain rate parity, inventory, and availability across all channels

•
Respond to enquiries promptly and convert them into confirmed bookings

•
Coordinate with Front Office on arrivals, room allocation, and special requests

•
Manage OTA reviews, ratings,



and content/photography accuracy

•
Communicate property policies clearly — parking, pet policy, and the 3+ night stay benefit

•
Report on booking trends, occupancy, and channel performance

Qualifications & Experience

•
2–4 years in reservations or OTA/revenue roles in a hotel or resort

•
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred

•
Hands-on experience with a channel manager and PMS

•
Familiarity with major OTA extranets and online review platforms

•
Robust written English and comfort with WhatsApp-based guest communication
