Position: Sales Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team in handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding inquiries and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the sales team's calendar.
- Track leads and update the CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets by ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Administration, or Inside Sales are preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Qualified appearance and etiquette.
