Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying talent and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels,



ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, including behavioral and situational questions, to assess candidates' skills and competencies.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to enhance the company's employer brand.
