Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically inclined Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support the Sales team in understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and providing application-related support.



This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in technical sales, customer engagement, and application engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Sales Support
- Support the Sales team during customer discussions by providing technical and application-related inputs. Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and solutions, and assist customers with product selection, technical queries, and application support.
- Technical Presentations & Demonstrations
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations to explain product features, applications, and solution advantages clearly.
- Solutions & Documentation
- Prepare technical proposals, product comparisons and solution recommendations. Maintain customer visit reports, project updates and related documentation for effective follow-up and internal coordination.
