Role Description
The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata, supporting daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and smooth functioning of assigned departments. Responsibilities may include greeting and assisting guests, handling basic inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas. The role involves following standard operating procedures, updating records or systems as needed,



and assisting in routine administrative or front-of-house tasks. Associates are expected to collaborate with colleagues, uphold safety and compliance standards, and represent the resort’s service values in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Ability to follow procedures, manage basic administrative tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with adaptable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and maintain a courteous, respectful demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office or hotel management systems is beneficial.
