Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Counsel prospective patients about IVF and fertility services (basic information only). Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Follow up with patient enquiries, missed appointments, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and the front desk to ensure a smooth patient experience. Achieve daily follow-up and appointment booking targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
