DigiMag is a quick-growing digital marketing agency helping brands scale through creative storytelling and data-driven marketing. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can create, manage, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Set up Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts from scratch, including campaign structure, tracking, and optimization.

Scale campaigns while maintaining target CPA, CPL, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, bid optimization, and campaign analysis.

Implement and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Google Merchant Center (GMC).





Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs.

Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.

Stay updated with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Ability to set up new Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts end-to-end.

Proven experience in scaling campaigns while maintaining CPA and ROAS targets.

Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center (GMC), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Strong knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
