We are hiring a
Backend-Strong Full Stack Engineer
with strong expertise in
Python
and working knowledge of
React
. You will build and scale backend systems powering AI-driven recruitment workflows and automation engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services using
Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
- Design high-performance RESTful/GraphQL APIs
- Work with
PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Implement async processing (Celery, background jobs)
- Integrate
LLM APIs (OpenAI), embeddings, vector databases
- Contribute to frontend tasks using
React
when needed
- Support Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy and monitor applications on AWS/GCP/Azure
Requirements
- 1-7 years of software development experience
- Strong Python backend expertise
- Experience with API design & backend architecture
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with AI integrations (LLMs, vector DBs)
- Understanding of async programming & Git workflows
Valuable to Have:
LangChain or similar frameworks, Docker, cloud platforms, event-driven systems, scalable architecture design.
