Role Description

The Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist is a full time hybrid role based in Faridabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for clients.



Daily responsibilities include managing SEO efforts, running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, and continuously A/B testing messaging, formats, and targeting to improve performance. You will also collaborate closely with designers to develop social media creatives and ads creatives that align with each brand's positioning and visual identity. The role involves analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and translating insights into transparent, actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications
- Hands on experience with SEO, including on page optimization, keyword research, and improving organic visibility
- Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methods to improve messaging, targeting, and creative performance
