Project Engineer (Civil) – Tower In-Charge (Mivan Experience) Job Summary

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to lead the execution of residential high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mivan aluminum formwork construction, site execution, quality control, planning, and team coordination. The role requires overseeing all in office activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential high-rise tower construction.
- Supervise Mivan formwork, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan manpower, materials,



and equipment requirements for uninterrupted project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate consultant and client approvals.
- Monitor project timelines and support timely project completion within budget.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in residential high-rise construction.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Mivan formwork system.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project or Primavera is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Tower In-Charge on residential apartment projects.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, project planning, billing coordination, and material management.
