At Alphameet, we're building OneMeet - an offline-first, location-based professional networking platform enabling meaningful, real-world connections between verified professionals.

We're looking for a Senior Tech Lead who can take complete ownership of our technology stack, lead the engineering team, and drive the product from idea to production. This is not just a coding role - we need someone who can think like an architect, execute like an engineer, and lead like a founder.

What You'll Own

• Lead the end-to-end development of the OneMeet platform (Mobile + Backend)

• Own technical architecture, scalability, and infrastructure decisions

• Mentor and manage developers while maintaining high engineering standards

• Design, review, and ship production-ready code across the stack

• Drive feature planning, sprint execution, and technical roadmaps

• Build secure, scalable APIs and optimize application performance





• Manage cloud infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD, and production monitoring

• Collaborate directly with the founder on product strategy and technical decisions

What We Need

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development

• Strong expertise in React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern backend architecture

• Experience leading engineering teams and shipping production applications

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP, or Azure)

• Experience with databases, system design, scalability, and security best practices

• Ability to make architectural decisions and own products end-to-end

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Startup mindset with high ownership and accountability

• Based in Bangalore and available for a full time on-site role
