Role & responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end execution of Government and Municipal projects.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate Government Tender (GeM/e-Procurement) documentation and submissions.
- Coordinate with Government Departments, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), and client representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Government officials and clients.
- Draft official letters, project correspondence, meeting minutes, and documentation.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily work of project teams, supervisors, and field staff.
- Collect and review daily progress reports and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with technical, GIS, survey, and administrative teams.
- Conduct client meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.




- Travel across Gujarat as required for client meetings and project monitoring.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 38 years of experience managing Government, Municipal, Infrastructure, GIS, Survey, or IT projects.
- Hands-on experience in Government Tender Filing and e-Procurement processes.
- Experience working with Government Departments, Municipal Corporations, Nagar Palikas, or ULBs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati (Mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience drafting official Government letters and documentation.
- Valuable leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
