Roles and Responsibilities
- Create detailed project plans, including site planning and execution strategies.
- Conduct regular progress tracking and monitoring to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Prepare insightful project reports and MIS using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with site teams to drive timely project execution.
- Monitor milestones, resources, and workforce planning.
- Review construction drawings and support project planning.
- Identify schedule risks and help keep projects on track.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Planning Engineering (Construction Planning) or related field.
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of construction methods, materials science, and engineering principles.
