F&B; Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests by ensuring a welcoming dining experience, accurate order taking, timely service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The role requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and adherence to hotel and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and recommend specials.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset for the next guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly or escalate to the supervisor.
- Process guest bills and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.




- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers to maximize revenue.
- Maintain adequate stock of service supplies and report shortages.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in restaurants or hotels is an advantage.
