Role Description
The Information Technology Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with a blend of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees the planning, implementation,



and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and cloud environments, to ensure stable and secure operations. The IT Manager will coordinate system integration projects, manage risk and compliance activities, and supervise IT audits to uphold industry standards and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, leading incident response and problem resolution, managing vendor relationships, and guiding a team of IT professionals. The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, optimizing costs, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and security.

Qualifications
- Strong background in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Experience with cybersecurity practices, risk and compliance management, and SOC
