We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to help organize and manage our day-to-day accounting operations.

Role Description

We are hiring a
full-time, in office Accountant
for our office in Patna.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the company's daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure all accounts are organized and up to date. The ideal candidate should have experience using
MARG ERP
and be able to handle routine accounting tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries in MARG ERP.
- Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare GST-related records and assist with statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS,



Income Tax, and audit-related work.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Monitor expenses and keep financial records organized.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management.
- Assist in payroll and employee reimbursement records when required.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications
- Good knowledge of
MARG ERP
(preferred).
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Very Good in Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate
- We are looking for someone who can manage
company's accounting records, keep everything well organized, and coordinate with management and our Chartered Accountant whenever required.
