Role Overview

As an
Associate / Consultant
, you’ll work closely with senior professionals and partners on diverse, cross-functional assignments, gaining
comprehensive exposure across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage the finance function of clients

✅ Undertake month-end closure activities and MIS reporting

✅ Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and documentation

✅ Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards

✅ Assist in statutory audits across sectors

✅ Participate in corporate law and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI

✅ Conduct research and analysis on accounting, tax, payroll, and legal matters

✅ Prepare and review working papers, reports, and
